Richard Ollis, Advisor
Richard is a fourth generation consultant for Ollis & Company specializing risk, employee benefits, and insurance. He was also instrumental in developing additional areas of focus for the company including Wellness, Safety, Training, and Human Resources.
He has been in the industry since 1984 following a tour of duty in the United States Navy and obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Missouri State University.
Richard has been recognized as Missouri’s Young Agent of the Year, Chairman of the Year, and regularly writes for the Springfield Business Journal. Richard has also hosted the radio talk show “Insurance Talk.”
He is past chairman of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the National Board of the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), along with many other charitable and civic organizations. He is married to Teresa and has two daughters, Kelsey and Sabrina.
