Dick joined Ollis and Company in February, 1996, and is a southwest Missouri native with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has continued his education with post graduate studies at Southwest Missouri State University and career development in the field of Human Resource Management. Dick provides financial services for Ollis and Company as a member of the management team. He is very involved in the Springfield community, currently serving on numerous boards and committees
