Ron joined the Ollis & Company team of insurance professionals in January, 1985, having owned and operated Kelly-Williams Insurors for several years prior to that move. During the course of his more than 30 years in the industry, Ron earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1986. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and was a member of the agent's advisory board for Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company and has served on their Fraud Committee. In addition, Ron served on the Commercial Advisory Board for GuideOne Insurance Company.
